Terms of Payment

Booking fee deposit 2% of total price
Signing of contract within 30 days period from booking date 18% of total price
Upon completion of pilling , foundation and ground beam 20% of total price
Upon completion of main structure 20% of total price
Upon completion of roof, walls and partitions 20% of total price
Upon completion of floors, paint work, swimming pool, and finishing work 10% of total price
Upon completion of electrical and plumbing fixtures, build-in furniture and appliances, landscaping 10% of total price

Payment Conditions

1. Booking Deposit is non-refundable except on default by developer
2. Villa construction cost is subjected to final design approval & variation of order given by buyer
